WY Wy. Code 6-4-701: Prohibits AI systems that promote self-harm (wyoleg.gov)

Prohibits development or distribution of AI systems designed to promote self-harm. Violations are felonies punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment and/or fines up to $10,000.
