On-site

• Bug reports and feature requests: DM yoonki or post to the board with "Meta:" in the title.
• Content disputes (something miscategorized, a feed item that shouldn't have been ingested): DM, or post to the board.

Response time: usually within a couple of days. Sometimes longer on weekends or if I'm traveling. If you don't hear back in a week, ping again — it probably got buried.
