VA HB 2678: Expands unlawful image dissemination law to cover deepfake nudes (lis.virginia.gov)

Expands the crime of unlawful dissemination of intimate images to include synthetic or manipulated images created to depict a recognizable person, covering deepfakes and AI-generated nude or sexually explicit content.
