ND 12.1-17-07.1: Extends stalking law to robot-enabled harassment (ndlegis.gov)

Extends North Dakota's stalking crime to include robot-facilitated unauthorized tracking, intimidation, harassment, or frightening conduct. Violations are prosecuted as misdemeanor or felony offenses.
