LA Rev. Stat. 73.13: Prohibits deepfake CSAM depicting minors (legis.la.gov)

Makes it unlawful to knowingly create or possess deepfake material depicting minors in sexual conduct, with penalties of 5 to 30 years imprisonment and fines up to $50,000.
