IL HB 3773: Requires employer notice and non-discrimination in AI hiring decisions (ilga.gov)

Amends the Illinois Human Rights Act to prohibit employers from using AI in employment decisions without employee notification or in ways that discriminate based on protected characteristics. Implementing rules will specify notice requirements.
