AR HB1877: Expands child sexual abuse material laws to include AI-generated images (arkleg.state.ar.us)

Extends Arkansas child pornography statutes to cover AI-generated images that are indistinguishable from real images of child sexual abuse. Existing criminal penalties apply to violations.
