AL HB 168: Expands child sexual abuse material laws to cover synthetic imagery (alison.legislature.state.al.us)

Expands the definition of child sexual abuse material to include digitally created, altered, or computer-generated depictions that are virtually indistinguishable from real images, applying existing criminal penalties to such synthetic material.
